Overview

Live tracking shows you:

• Who's on your store right now
• What pages they're viewing
• Their activity as it happens
• Potential customers to engage

Accessing Live Tracking

Go to Analytics > Live Tracking to see:

• Current visitor count
• Live visitor list
• Activity feed
• Visitor map

Visitor Information

For each visitor, you can see:

Data	Description
Status	Currently active or idle
Page	Current page they're viewing
Duration	Time spent on site
Pages Viewed	Number of pages visited
Device	Desktop, mobile, or tablet
Browser	Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.
Location	Country/city (approximate)
Source	How they arrived (referrer)

Customer Matching

Anonymous Visitors

For unidentified visitors:
