General

What is Pixlpay?

Pixlpay is a complete commerce platform for selling digital products to gaming communities. We provide everything you need to run an online store for your game server, Discord community, or content.

How much does Pixlpay cost?

We offer several plans starting with a free tier. See our Pricing page for details. We never take a percentage of your sales.

What payment methods are supported?

We support Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Iyzico, Mollie, and more. Each provider supports different payment methods including credit cards, digital wallets, and local payment options.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes! Custom domains are available on Starter plans and above. See our Custom Domain guide.

Payments

When do I get paid?

Payments go directly to your connected payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). Payout schedules depend on your provider's settings.

What currencies are supported?

You can set your store to use any currency supported by your payment provider. Multi-currency support varies by plan.

Are there transaction fees?

Pixlpay doesn't charge transaction fees. Payment provider fees (e.g., Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30) apply and go directly to them.

Delivery

How does item delivery work?

We use a pull-based system where your game server plugin polls our API for pending deliveries. This is secure and doesn't require opening ports.

What if delivery fails?

Failed deliveries are automatically retried. You can also manually retry from the order details page or deliver items directly on your server.

Can I deliver to multiple servers?

Yes, products can be configured to deliver to one or multiple game servers.

How do I set up Discord roles?

Why isn't the bot assigning roles?

Common issues include: bot role is too low in hierarchy, missing permissions, or incorrect role ID. Check our troubleshooting guide.

Account

Can I have multiple stores?

Yes, depending on your plan. Each store operates independently with its own products, customers, and settings.

How do I add team members?

Go to Settings > Team to invite team members. You can assign different permission levels.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support to request account deletion. We'll export your data if requested.
