My Stores
Manage multiple stores from a single Pixlpay account.
Overview
The My Stores feature allows you to manage multiple independent gaming stores from a single Pixlpay account. Each store operates completely separately with its own products, customers, orders, and settings, while you maintain centralized access to all of them.
When you access the My Stores dashboard, you'll see:
- An overview of all your stores
- The ability to quickly switch between stores
- One-click access to create new stores
- Status and role information for each store
This is particularly useful if you:
- Run multiple gaming communities
- Manage stores for different games
- Operate separate stores for different brands or regions
- Want to test configurations before applying to your main store
Why Multiple Stores?
Separate Communities
If you manage multiple gaming communities, each can have its own dedicated store with unique branding, products, and settings tailored to that community.
Example Use Cases:
- A Hytale server store and a Discord community store
- Different stores for PvP and roleplay servers
- Regional stores with localized content
- Separate stores for different games
Game-Specific Stores
Each store is tied to one platform game (Discord, Minecraft, Hytale, etc.). If you operate servers for multiple games, you'll need separate stores for each.
Brand Separation
Keep different brands, projects, or experiments completely separate:
- Professional store and experimental store
- Different branding and domain names
- Independent customer bases
- Separate analytics and reporting
Testing Environment
Use a separate store to:
- Test new product configurations
- Try different storefront designs
- Experiment with pricing strategies
- Preview features before applying to production
Single Account Management
You manage all stores from one account with one login. No need to juggle multiple credentials or switch browsers.
Plan Limits
The number of stores you can create depends on your subscription plan.
| Plan | Stores Allowed |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 store |
| Starter | 3 stores |
| Growth | 5 stores |
| Pro | Unlimited stores |
| Enterprise | Unlimited stores |
Plan Requirement
Each individual store requires its own subscription. The limit refers to how many stores you can manage from one account, not how many free stores you can create.
Creating Additional Stores
Step 1: Access My Stores
- Click your profile in the top navigation
- Select My Stores from the dropdown
- Click Create New Store in the top-right corner

Your store's URL subdomain (e.g., mystore.pixlpay.net).
- Must be unique across all Pixlpay stores
- Can only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens
- Cannot start or end with a hyphen
- Availability checked in real-time
Custom Domains
After creation, you can set up a custom domain in store settings (requires Starter plan or higher).

Managing Store Settings Per Store
Each store has completely independent settings and configurations.

Context Awareness
Always check which store you're currently managing before making changes. The store switcher shows your current context at all times.
Account-Level Settings
Some settings apply to your entire account across all stores:
- Account Email - Your login email address
- Password - Account password
- Two-Factor Authentication - Account security
- Notification Preferences - Where you receive alerts
Access account-level settings from your profile menu, separate from store settings.
Billing for Multiple Stores
Understanding how billing works when you have multiple stores is important for budgeting and financial planning.
Each Store = One Subscription
Every store requires its own subscription:
- Free stores - No charge, subject to Free plan limits
- Paid stores - Each has its own subscription fee
- Independent billing - Different billing dates possible
- Separate invoices - One invoice per store subscription
Example Billing Scenario
If you have:
- Store A - Pro plan ($99/month)
- Store B - Starter plan ($19/month)
- Store C - Free plan ($0/month)
Total monthly cost: $118
You'll receive:
- 2 separate invoices (Pro and Starter)
- 2 separate billing dates (based on when each was created)
- 2 separate payment method charges
Managing Multiple Subscriptions
To view all subscriptions:
- Switch to each store
- Go to Settings > Billing
- View that store's subscription details
There's no combined invoice for multiple stores. Each is billed independently.
Payment Methods
You can use:
- Same card for all stores
- Different cards per store
- Mix of payment methods
Update payment methods in each store's billing settings individually.
Cost Management
Consider which stores truly need paid features. You might operate some stores on Free plans while keeping others on paid plans based on their needs.
Canceling a Store Subscription
Canceling a subscription doesn't delete the store:
- Switch to the store you want to downgrade
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Store reverts to Free plan at period end
- Data preserved, but feature-restricted
Deleting a Store
To permanently remove a store:
- Switch to the store
- Go to Settings > General
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Store
- Confirm deletion (irreversible)
Permanent Deletion
Deleting a store permanently removes all products, orders, customers, and settings. This cannot be undone. Export your data first if needed.
Best Practices
Naming Convention
Use clear, descriptive names:
- Good: "HytaleCraft Main Shop", "Discord VIP Store", "Testing Environment"
- Avoid: "Store 1", "New Store", "asdfgh"
This helps when switching between stores quickly.
Subdomain Strategy
Choose subdomains that:
- Reflect your community name
- Are easy to remember and type
- Match your brand
- Are professional (if public-facing)
Examples:
hytalecraft.pixlpay.netdiscord-vip.pixlpay.nettesting.pixlpay.net
Store Organization
For easier management:
- Production Stores - Live stores serving customers
- Test Stores - Experimental configurations
- Archive Stores - Historical data on Free plan
Consider using store naming prefixes like "[PROD]", "[TEST]", "[ARCHIVE]" if managing many stores.
Team Member Access
Grant team members access only to relevant stores:
- Switch to the specific store
- Go to Settings > Team Members
- Invite team member with appropriate role
- They gain access only to that store
A team member can have access to some of your stores but not others.
Backup Strategy
For important stores:
- Regular data exports
- Document custom configurations
- Keep webhooks and API tokens recorded
- Screenshot important settings
If running multiple stores, maintain backups for each independently.
Resource Allocation
Distribute your resources wisely:
| Store Type | Plan Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Main Revenue Store | Pro plan for all features |
| Secondary Communities | Starter or Growth based on needs |
| Test Environment | Free plan (20 products sufficient) |
| Archive/Historical | Free plan (read-only essentially) |
Monitoring
Keep track of:
- Each store's performance metrics
- Subscription renewal dates
- Payment method expiration
- Team member access across stores
- Usage relative to plan limits
Consolidation
Periodically review whether you need all stores:
- Merge low-traffic stores if possible
- Archive unused stores (downgrade to Free)
- Delete truly obsolete stores
- Combine similar communities
Common Questions
Can I transfer products between stores?
No, products cannot be transferred. You'll need to manually recreate them in the other store. Consider using the duplicate feature to speed this up.
Do customers share across stores?
No, each store has its own customer database. If the same person purchases from multiple stores, they'll have separate accounts.
Can I use the same payment gateway account?
Yes, you can connect the same Stripe or PayPal account to multiple stores. However, it's recommended to use separate accounts for accounting clarity.
What happens if I hit my store limit?
You cannot create more stores until you:
- Upgrade to a plan with a higher limit
- Delete an existing store
- Downgrade an existing store's plan (frees up a slot)
Can I change a store's game platform?
No, the game platform is permanent. You would need to create a new store with the correct platform and migrate your data manually.
Do all stores need to be the same plan level?
No, each store can have a different plan. You might have one Pro store and two Starter stores, for example.
How do I see all my stores' revenue combined?
Currently, there's no combined reporting. You'll need to view each store's analytics separately and sum them manually if needed.
Can team members access multiple stores?
Yes, but they need to be invited to each store individually. A single team member can have access to some or all of your stores.
