Pixlpay's email marketing lets you:

  • Send promotional campaigns

Creating a Campaign

  1. Go to Marketing > Email Campaigns
  2. Click Create Campaign
  3. Follow the campaign wizard

Step 1: Campaign Details

Step 2: Select Recipients

Choose who receives the email:

All Customers

  • Everyone in your customer database
  • Best for store-wide announcements

Customer Segments

  • New customers (joined in last 30 days)
  • Active customers (purchased recently)
  • At-risk customers (no purchase in 60+ days)
  • VIP customers (high lifetime value)
  • Custom segments based on purchase behavior

Specific Customers

  • Hand-pick individual recipients
  • Good for targeted promotions

Step 3: Design Your Email

Use the email editor to create your message:

Rich Text Editor

  • Format text with headings, bold, italic
  • Add images and links
  • Insert product cards
  • Use brand colors

Step 4: Review & Send

Before sending:

  • Preview on desktop and mobile
  • Send test email to yourself
  • Check all links work
  • Verify personalization variables

Sending Options

  • Send Now - Deliver immediately
  • Schedule - Choose a specific date/time
  • Timezone - Send at optimal time per recipient

Unsubscribe Management

All campaigns automatically include an unsubscribe link. This is required by law.

View unsubscribed customers in Marketing > Unsubscribes:

  • Option to re-subscribe (with consent)
